Why was the 1920s called the Roaring Twenties?

A. The decade ushered in the beginning of radio programming.
B. The decade ushered in several new and noisy fads.
C. The decade ushered in an era of prosperity and rebellion.
D. The decade ushered in an era of protest and dissatisfaction.

Answer

I would say C, because the Roaring Twenties were a time when many cities had prosperity, and also to say that most of the cities' wealth doubled from between 1920 to 1929.
Hope this helps!
