Many of the habits that interfere with active listening can be reversed by a change in attitude.

a. True
b. False

Answer

I am pretty sure it is true because active listening is like looking at the person who is talking to you, and showing them that you care.
So, if you didnt care you might pace the floor, cross you arms, or another bodily action that show you don't really care.
If you attitude is good about it, most likely you will not do those things.
